To train or not to train ??
Its hard to keep to your routine over the festive period, its not really worth trying. Your family and friends support you throughout the year, so try and be a little more flexible.
That doesn't mean don't train, pool time is going to be limited so get out on the bike more or a few more run sessions. Take the kids to the park on your MTB or run while they cycle. Be creative , offer to pop to the shops and run there or take the bike and a rucksack .
The biggest problem for me, is over eating and drinking and therefore gaining a bit more weight than plan. I really do need to keep an eye on this, but im not going to stop enjoying things just be more sensble.
