I have been on a journey of weight loss and fitness for three years when I started out I weighed about 21 stone I have lost over 5 stone and I’m still working on getting down further. Since I first started my weight loss I had always wanted to compete in a triathlon event, but never thought I would turn the sport into my main focus two years later.

2016 - I have competed in 4 sprint triathlons and I have also completed my first Marathon.  I have been very pleased with my year and I have enjoyed working with Matt to achieve better results without injury.

2016

My second full year competing in triathlons, I had dabbled before but that was just for fun! My aim for this year was to complete Ironman 70.3 Zell-Am-See and the only way I felt I could achieve this was to have structure in my training and that’s where Mr T and I joined forces. With a dedicated programme,  Matt’s support and my commitment, we transformed my fitness levels and I accomplished what I had set out to achieve, whilst reaching small goals on route.

2017

Aiming to complete 3 half ironman races. This time however, there will be more emphasis on time and being more competitive. A full ironman is on the horizon, but lets enjoy the ride first!
